Dedicated to the real estate profession, Marlin Moul, Realtor, Broker of Record, is proud of his over 30 years of Realtor service. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) since 1995, Marlin is one of an elite corps of less than 10,000 realtors worldwide.  His record goes beyond helping his clients; he has given freely of his time as Treasurer of the Realtor Association of York and Adams Counties from 1997-2000, and has been a member of multiple committees over the years, as well as being a published author in Real Estate Today.

He sat on the Board of Directors for York County Economic Development Corporation from 1999 - 2005, strongly supports York Arts and York Strand-Capital Performing Arts, and is a member of Rotary, York County Chamber of Commerce, York County Builders Association, and Young Mens Christian Association.
